About the team member position

We are looking for a creative retail team member to increase sales, get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience. The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability.

Team member responsibilities are:

• Implementing effective merchandising strategies
• Being very creative at what you do
• Establishing promotional displays
• Creating a clear image as to what the exact product/service is
• Monitoring cost and budget
• Researching new ideas and trends
• Monitor costs and work within budget
• Overseeing the production and brief staff on arranging displays

Team member requirements are:

• Experience as a Visual Merchandiser but not required. we will train motivated person.
• Creative skills
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends are prefered
• Innovative thinker
• High school Diploma or higher
