Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

All orders, received before 3 pm ET, are processed on the day. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~6 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday seaon you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**

Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. We cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Should you choose to return our product (gasp!), Rubyard offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are based on the value of your item at the time of purchase, and not the most recently listed price.
  • We cannot refund your return shipping expenses
  • If the item has a major defect, please show us a picture and we will give you the liberty of destroying the item so you do not have to return it!

60 Day Hassle Free Exchange Policy

  • All products must be exchanged within 60 days of purchase, unused in their original packaging.
  • We can not refund your return shipping expenses
  • Outbound shipping costs on the exchanged product are covered by us also!
  • Please email us at customerservice@rubyard.com for further instructions on our delivery address.
  • In the event that the value of the exchanged product is less than the value of the product being returned, we will credit you for the difference.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellations: 

  • The Rubyard reserves the right to refuse cancellations if instructed after packages have been dispatched. Given that Rubyard will typically mail out products on either the same day or the day following the purchase, we suggest immediate notification if an order is to be cancelled.
